Description:  

Our WA Red Gum has a soft, mild flavour and light caramel undertones. Red Gum isn't a particularly floral or aromatic honey. Instead, it's richer but without the strong flavour of many of our gumtree honeys. Red Gum derrives from Dwelling up, just an hour south of the Metropolitan area. It's mild flavour makes it the one of the most popular of our honeys.
